Mr Olusiji Ayodele Ijogun
Mr Olusiji Ayodele Ijogun graduated from the Faculty of Business Administration, University of Lagos in 1980. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Cost and Management Accountants UK and Institute of Chartered Accountants Nigeria. He joined UAC of Nigeria PLC in 1981 and held various management positions until 1992 when he was appointed the Senior Group Manager, Unilever Audit with responsibility of management audit and evaluation of internal controls of Unilever companies in West Africa.
He was one of the first expatriates seconded to Egypt after Unilever acquisition of Parfico SAE to curtail Procter & Gamble’s aggression in the Middle East in 1993. He eventually became the Commercial Director of Lever Egypt with responsibility for accounting, supply chain and logistics management for a 40,000 ton business. He returned to Nigeria in 1997 and was appointed the Group Financial Controller of UAC of Nigeria PLC. He subsequently became the Divisional Managing Director of UACFOODS and Divisional Managing Director of BPP. He was appointed to the Board of UAC as Group Finance Director in year 2000. He left UAC in 2003 and was appointed Group Executive Director responsible for managing the diversified business portfolio of the Honeywell Group. He positioned the Group in fast moving consumer goods market with the setting up of Honeywell Superfine Foods Limited.
He started his own business in consulting, construction, property development and management in 2009. He is currently the CEO of Innodel Consulting and the Chairman of Ackmen Nigeria Limited.
Mr Tolu Ijogun
Tolu Ijogun is a seasoned Corporate Finance Analyst with vast experience and sound knowledge of the Financial Services sector. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree (BSc) in Business Economics and Finance and a Masters Degree (MSc) in Business Analysis & Management from the prestigious University of Loughborough UK. He is an Associate of the Chattered Institute of Securities & Investments (CISI) UK, where he undertook courses in Operational and Financial Risk Management.
Tolu Ijogun launched his career as a Global Market Analyst in Societe Generale Corporate & Investment Bank UK. After his career as an Investment Banker, his passion for Information Technology led him to pioneer key ICT initiatives in Nigeria.
He co-founded Core Associates Ltd; a Firm that is solely responsible for deploying and installing Electronic Point Of Sale systems (EPOS) to key companies in the Hospitality Sector In Nigeria. He later co-founded Cube Innovations Ltd; the first indigenous company to design and assemble Specialist Computer Systems for Nigeria’s Physically Challenged students across all Special Schools in the country. He is presently the Managing Director of Digital Direct Limited.
Mr Bayo Oyowe
Mr. Oyowe studied Industrial Engineering at Texas Tech University and worked for a Johnson & Johnson Company subsidiary; Ethicon Inc, which is the world leader in manufacturing of medical sutures and wound closure technology with a market share of about 70% worldwide and 80% in the United States. While at Ethicon, he was assigned to co-head a Machine Shop Optimization Project (an in-house parts fabricating shop whose main purpose is to maintain, repair and support the main production floor machines and to help maximize up time and reduce downtime) in the San Angelo Texas plant.
In 2010, his detailed time studies, data analysis and recommendations to management gained approval by the New Jersey Headquarters for a $1.3 million New Equipments Funding placing the Machine Shop at the brink of full automation for the first time ever and reduced head count by 65%. Mr. Oyowe and his team created process improvements, best practices, determined staffing models, identified barriers to productivity and improved time management which in turn reduced the San Angelo Texas branch outsourcing costs by $350,000 that quarter alone.
Mr Oyowe sits on the board of Adventium Global (USA) and Digital Direct Ltd.
